Artists need to play! Our team at Love Your Show, Inc. feels like wedding styled shoots [we get about 200 featured weddings and styled shoots by other people submitted and published every year ...so we see a lot of them] start feeling the same and rather safe. We just want to play and to stay passionate and trend setting. We create a more editorial feel to our styled shoots and love to work with all these crazy, talented people who do weddings and who want to get together and do what they want to do, connected to like minded fun artists, in an atmosphere where they're not limited by a client's vision. You've heard of the 3 C's for diamonds? Well here are our 3 'C's for styled shoots!
Creativity: first and foremost our Styled Shoots are opportunity for creative artists in the wedding and special events industry to play and have fun with styling that is not limited buy their usual clients's style, budget or taste. Wedding artists just want to have fun and this is your chance to do so and to show more out of the box, new trends and fun ideas than you can at a normal day at work!
Collaboration: Our Styled Shoots are team efforts and everyone's contribution matters. Working with our Styled Shoot teams [often a different team for each Shoot] connects you to fellow talented, key industry artists who want to work on creative projects with like minded artists. Time and again we see referrals and businesses growing out of the relationships made on shoot day! Every team member receives the edited images from a shoot to use for their marketing. We do ask that you credit the shooter and LYS, Inc. when using for marketing and all team members when you post images on social media. We will provide all team members a group list with all info after the shoot. Other arrangements to use images without credit are always available for serious marketing, advertisements, etc.
Commitment: We are committed to getting all Shoot participants the maximum value for their time and donation of supplies and materials. We will publish each Shoot to thousands of engaged San Diego area brides and grooms, submit to national publications, recommend you and refer you and work to get you business from other channels in the industry based on your style, strengths, and abilities. Speaking of commitment....you should know that once you agree and are scheduled into a specific date for a Styled Shoot with us, the entire team and venue are depending on you to keep your word on all commitments.
